Description

You will provide high-level onsite technical support for desktop and networking infrastructure in Jackson, MS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex desktop support issues on-site.
• Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot Cisco networking hardware and configurations.
• Support end-users with hardware and software technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in Desktop Support.
• Proven experience managing LAN, WAN, and Wireless networks.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking environments.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Jackson, MS.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco CCNA certification.
