Description

You will own IT data collection workflows and endpoint support for global teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support IT data collection through device queries and remote diagnostics using enterprise tools.
• Collaborate with technical, business, and global support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Identify and implement process efficiencies to improve data collection workflows.
• Query cloud management repositories and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Adapt to find alternative data collection methods when standard processes encounter obstacles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or desktop analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra Admin Center (formerly Azure AD) and querying cloud management repositories.
• Foundational knowledge of network protocols, diagnostic tools, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and find alternative data collection methods.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to partner across diverse teams.
• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours to support global teams.
• Any Graduate degree.
