You will lead desktop automation efforts and mentor the team to ensure high-quality code delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain complete automation frameworks using SmartBear TestComplete.
• Create detailed test plans and strategies within Qmetry.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for consistent delivery.
• Perform root cause analysis on test failures and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Lead and mentor other automation team members.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in automation testing.
• Proficiency in SmartBear TestComplete with Java.
• Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript.
• Experience with Automation Framework Design and Test Script Design.
• Ability to work with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience collaborating with QA engineers and product owners.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Qmetry for test case management.
