Description

You will provide technical hardware and software support for end users across Windows and macOS environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Windows and Mac OS.
• Deploy Windows 10 images using USB or MECM.
• Configure, wipe, and back up mobile devices.
• Manage user requests and incidents through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Resolve connectivity and peripheral issues including basic networking and printers.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in end user support.
• Proficiency in Windows 10 and macOS deployment and configuration.
• Experience troubleshooting MS Office, Outlook, and Teams.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting skills for desktop and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of basic networking troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITIL and incident management processes.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticket management.
• Technical Certification or Associate’s Degree.
• Strong communication skills for customer service delivery.
