Description

You will provide first and second-level technical support for end-user hardware and software across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems and associated applications.
• Resolve connectivity issues related to LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, email, and printers.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions using Active Directory.
• Handle OS installation, patching, and antivirus updates while maintaining IT asset inventory.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support environments.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of LAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Experience managing VPN connectivity.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory services.
• Ability to perform OS installation and patching procedures.
• Experience managing user lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with macOS operating systems.
