Description

You will provide deskside support and resolve workplace services issues by partnering with local teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support device imaging and deployments using Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, Jamf, and SCCM.
• Handle imaging, configuration, and testing of new hardware before rollout.
• Coordinate with the offshore L2 team to test and validate new device images and manage SCCM deployments.
• Coordinate with the network team to receive new gear and enable out-of-band connectivity for configuration.
• Provide escalation support, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain accurate records of deployments.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of deskside or end-user computing (EUC) support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, Jamf, and SCCM for imaging and deployment.
• Solid understanding of Windows and macOS environments.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, hardware replacement, and lifecycle management.
• Basic networking knowledge, particularly regarding device connectivity setup.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, including onsite, offshore L2, network, and logistics.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a managed services or enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident and change management.
