Description

You will provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues for end-users.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems in person, via telephone, or through remote access.
  • Resolve issues related to Windows 10, Windows 11, MS Office Suite, Office 365, and cloud solutions.
  • Manage and maintain asset management policies and procedures.
  • Update ServiceNow tickets daily with detailed troubleshooting steps and work performed.
  • Create technical reports and user manuals.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in desktop services and supporting infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Intune, and Autopilot.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender and imaging tools like Windows Autopilot.
  • Competency in PowerShell for automation and task management.
  • Experience supporting both Windows and Mac OS environments.
  • Knowledge of software installation, upgrades, and rollouts.
  • Ability to use remote access tools for troubleshooting.
  • Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
