You will provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues for end-users.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems in person, via telephone, or through remote access.
- Resolve issues related to Windows 10, Windows 11, MS Office Suite, Office 365, and cloud solutions.
- Manage and maintain asset management policies and procedures.
- Update ServiceNow tickets daily with detailed troubleshooting steps and work performed.
- Create technical reports and user manuals.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in desktop services and supporting infrastructure.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Intune, and Autopilot.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender and imaging tools like Windows Autopilot.
- Competency in PowerShell for automation and task management.
- Experience supporting both Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Knowledge of software installation, upgrades, and rollouts.
- Ability to use remote access tools for troubleshooting.
- Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
