Description

Provide onsite technical support and maintain IT infrastructure in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PC, laptop, and hardware issues under Level 2 support guidance.
• Build, configure, and deploy "Gold" images and manage application installations.
• Perform smart hands data center tasks, including rack and stack, cabling, and component replacement.
• Manage daily tape backup routines and execute end-user data restoration during incidents.
• Support meeting room AV, video conferencing, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or technical roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, and repairing PC/laptop hardware.
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM.
• Ability to replace modules and reconnect patch cables in data centers.
• Knowledge of mobile device management for iPhones and Android devices.
• Experience using call-logging systems and meeting SLA requirements.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting MAC hardware.
• CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+) or Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCITP, MCSE).
