Description

You will own desktop support and hardware lifecycle operations for on-site users in Columbus, OH.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware devices including desktops, laptops, mobile phones, tablets, iPads, and printers.
• Lead installation activities within assigned areas while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Execute preventative maintenance procedures at on-site locations.
• Manage hardware life-cycling and asset management tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support and hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with ITSTOREFront and ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with device imaging and asset management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technology fundamentals and concepts.
• Experience managing hardware lifecycles for diverse mobile and desktop endpoints.
• Ability to work on-site in Columbus, OH.
