Description

You will manage desktop engineering processes and act as a technical liaison for remote site locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Test software packages and imaging processes to implement desktop best practices.
• Review weekly and monthly reports to ensure process compliance and correct deficiencies.
• Coordinate the virtual installation of large multi-function printers at remote locations.
• Research hardware and software solutions based on business requirements.
• Conduct recurring virtual meetings with end users at Zone Offices and Area Training Centers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or similar roles.
• Proficiency with SCCM.
• Experience using Intune.
• Experience with Web Jet Admin.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Ability to manage vendor and business partner relationships.
• Experience conducting virtual technical coordination and requirement gathering.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
