Description

You manage the full lifecycle of desktop devices, including hardware, software, and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity incidents for laptops and desktops, including break-fix services.
• Manage IMAC processes, desk-side support, and VIP support requirements.
• Maintain desktop configurations through patch updates, hardware replacements, and imaging.
• Monitor security profiles and anti-virus compliance on all devices.
• Analyze incident data to identify training needs or opportunities for automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering and support.
• Proficiency with Windows 7 OS.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
• Expertise with EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes, specifically Incident, Change, and Problem management.
• Experience with spare and buffer stock management.
• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent in electronics required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and smart hands/feet support.
• Experience supporting Mac devices and tablets.
• Understanding of Lync, VPN, and mobile device support.
