Description

You will design, deploy, and manage end-user computing solutions, including Windows 11, macOS, VDI, and mobile devices, while automating workflows and ensuring security compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure operating systems, system images, and software packages using automated tools.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to streamline workflows for patch management, configuration, and reporting.
• Implement security measures including EDR, antivirus, CASB (Netskope), and vulnerability scanning (Tenable/Tanium).
• Manage Microsoft 365 suite, Azure AD/Entra ID, and mobile device management (MDM/MAM) for iOS and Android.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, troubleshoot complex client OS and network issues, and maintain ITSM documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or endpoint management.
• Deep expertise in Windows 11 deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
• Experience with ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow and Jira.
• Familiarity with endpoint management platforms like Manage Engine.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Netskope for CASB, SWG, and DLP capabilities.
• Knowledge of CIS Benchmarks and NIST compliance standards.
