Description

Manage enterprise Windows desktop environments, optimizing images, and automating deployment processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize Windows desktop and VDI images for enterprise users.
• Package and deploy software using endpoint management solutions and automation scripts.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and endpoint issues across Windows environments.
• Manage hardware and software lifecycles, including patch management and security hardening.
• Support conference room AV technology and standardize IT solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering, support, or endpoint management.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Windows operating systems and enterprise deployment.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation to reduce manual processes.
• Experience with VMware vSphere environments and maintaining VDI master images.
• Knowledge of Windows Defender and endpoint security practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ivanti Endpoint Manager (EPM) and Neurons.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, or Microsoft/VMware certifications.
