Description

Provide technical support for IT infrastructure and end-user hardware and software issues in Houston, TX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support IT infrastructure including email, printing, wireless and wired network connectivity, phones, and VPN.
• Deliver desk-side and remote support for hardware and application-specific software issues.
• Provide 2nd level support for Microsoft Server and Active Directory for end users and administration teams.
• Manage Active Directory related activities and troubleshoot access-related issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of technical support experience.
• Microsoft Server administration.
• Active Directory management and troubleshooting.
• Network connectivity support (wired and wireless).
• VPN and remote access troubleshooting.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA, ITIL, MCSE, or CompTIA A+ certifications.
• Experience working with offshore teams in India.
