You will provide technical assistance and manage the day-to-day operations of desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware failures, network connectivity issues, and software errors across Windows and macOS environments.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, enterprise applications, and hardware.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and email setups within Active Directory and Office 365.
- Provide both remote and on-site technical support to end-users.
- Maintain asset inventory, track software licenses, and document technical resolutions and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, and mobile devices.
- Ability to use remote desktop tools for user support.
- Any Graduate degree or equivalent work experience.
