Description

You will provide technical assistance and manage the day-to-day operations of desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware failures, network connectivity issues, and software errors across Windows and macOS environments.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, enterprise applications, and hardware.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and email setups within Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Provide both remote and on-site technical support to end-users.
  • Maintain asset inventory, track software licenses, and document technical resolutions and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
  • Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Ability to use remote desktop tools for user support.
  • Any Graduate degree or equivalent work experience.
