Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide infrastructure technical support for desktop hardware and operating system issues.
• Troubleshoot problems related to desktop/OS, networking, and messaging.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity and communication issues using functional knowledge of networks and messaging.
• Log incidents and service requests, manage their lifecycle, and ensure timely updates.
• Deliver excellent customer handling while coordinating with users to gather issue details and confirm resolution.

Skills Required:

• 5-10 years of relevant desktop/infrastructure technical support experience.
• Desktop support and end-user computing troubleshooting.
• Strong functional knowledge of desktop/hardware, messaging, and networks.
• Operating system (OS) troubleshooting and technical support fundamentals.
• Incident/service request logging and lifecycle management.

Good to Have:

• Customer handling experience.
• Incident logging experience.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
