Description

Provide infrastructure technical support for desktop hardware, operating systems, and networking issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot desktop/OS, hardware, and messaging problems.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity and communication issues using functional network knowledge.
• Log incidents and service requests, managing their lifecycle and ensuring timely updates.
• Coordinate with users to gather issue details and confirm resolution.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of desktop/infrastructure technical support experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of desktop hardware, messaging, and networks.
• Operating system (OS) troubleshooting and technical support fundamentals.
• Experience with XenDesktop and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Incident/service request logging and lifecycle management.
• Application support for desktop applications.

Preferred Skills

• Customer handling experience.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
