Description

Provide infrastructure technical support for desktop hardware, operating systems, and networking issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot desktop/OS, networking, and messaging problems.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity and communication issues.
• Log incidents and service requests, managing their lifecycle with timely updates.
• Coordinate with users to gather issue details and confirm resolution.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of relevant desktop/infrastructure technical support experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of desktop hardware, OS, and networks.
• Experience with XenDesktop and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Proficiency in messaging and application support.
• Ability to log and manage incident/service request lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Customer handling experience.
• Incident logging experience.
