Description

You will own L2 desktop support and endpoint management for Windows, Mac, and iOS devices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve L2 issues for Windows 10/11, macOS, and iOS environments via remote control.
• Deploy and manage device drivers, BIOS updates, and Windows patch compliance using Intune and Autopilot.
• Enroll iOS devices in JAMF MDM and resolve related incidents.
• Diagnose and fix performance issues, group policy errors, and software configuration failures.
• Monitor security compliance health and report on workstation image deployments and patch metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or L2 Windows support.
• Strong proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Mac OS support and iOS device management.
• Practical knowledge of MDM solutions, specifically JAMF for iOS and Intune for Windows.
• Experience with enterprise ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
• Ability to manage MS Office, VPN, Anti-Virus, and standard software components.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with device driver deployment and BIOS utility management.
• Knowledge of encryption standards and security compliance reporting.
