Description

Provide on-site IT infrastructure support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and OS issues for end-users in Istanbul.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals while maintaining hardware warranties and security compliance.
• Perform hands-on installation and maintenance for networking hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, racks, and cabinets.
• Resolve end-user network cabling issues and support RF devices, thermal printers, and Zebra printers.
• Manage mobile devices using MDM tools like MobileIron and Intune, configuring email, RSA authentication, and VPN.
• Execute problem management and repeat call analysis to develop preventive actions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure field support and PC break/fix.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and troubleshooting Apple devices and apps.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP protocols.
• Experience with VDI, SCCM, LANDesk, or Altiris.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ticketing tools.
• Understanding of enterprise LAN and WAN setups.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 50lbs.
• Strong deductive reasoning for system and network troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MAC/Linux OS.
• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or CompTIA A+ Certification.
