Description

You will provide local service support for Windows and Mac endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite installations of hardware and software, including testing and upgrades.
• Maintain physical devices at customer locations by responding to, diagnosing, and repairing issues.
• Support customer printers onsite, handling consumables replacement and troubleshooting print issues.
• Coordinate with the Engineering team to meet service level targets for incident resolution.
• Finalize incidents by confirming service restoration, user satisfaction, and updating the knowledge base.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with End User Workstations (Laptops, Desktops, Printers).
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
• Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• BSc in Computer Science or a relevant field.
