Description

You will provide onsite technical support and maintenance for Windows, Mac, and Linux endpoints.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite installations, testing, and upgrades of hardware and software.
• Diagnose and repair issues with physical devices at customer locations.
• Support customer printers, handling consumables replacement and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with Engineering to meet service level targets for incident resolution.
• Finalize incidents by confirming restoration, user satisfaction, and updating the knowledge base.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with End User Workstations (Laptops, Desktops, Printers).
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
• Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• BSc in Computer Science or a relevant field.
