Description

You provide onsite and deskside technical support for end users in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Build, configure, and install Gold images on customer devices.
• Perform physical data center tasks including rack and stack, cable reconnection, and component replacement.
• Execute daily tape library maintenance, including imports and exports.
• Support meeting room AV equipment, video conferencing, printers, and scanners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, and troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware.
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM.
• Knowledge of mobile device support, specifically iPhones and Androids.
• Experience using call logging systems.
• Ability to perform physical data center hardware maintenance and component replacement.
• Strong communication skills in English and local language.

Preferred Skills

• Support experience with MACs.
• CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+) or Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCITP, MCSE).
