Description

You will provide onsite deskside support to end users, managing hardware and software incidents within established SLAs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PC, laptop, and peripheral hardware including printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Build and configure devices using "Gold" images and manage application installations.
• Perform data center smart hands support, including rack and stack, cable management, and component replacement.
• Execute daily tape backup routines, including importing and exporting tapes to libraries.
• Manage end-user data backups and restorations during service incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, and troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware.
• Experience using call-logging systems to manage and update tickets daily.
• Knowledge of mobile device support for iOS and Android platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM.
• Experience with data center equipment installation and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting MAC platforms.
• CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+) or Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCITP, MCSE).
