Description

You will own the full lifecycle of desktop hardware, software, and connectivity incidents for the Honolulu, HI site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity incidents, including break-fix services for laptops and desktops.
• Manage IMAC, desk side support, and VIP support requirements.
• Deploy and maintain standard desktop images, patch updates, and hardware replacements.
• Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software to ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Analyze Service Desk data to identify user training needs or automation opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or technical support.
• Proficiency with Windows 7 OS.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
• Expertise in EUC tools and remote support tools.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
• Familiarity with VPN and Lync.
• Understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request management.
• Ability to manage spare and buffer stock.
• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent in electronics; Bachelor's degree preferred.
