Description

You provide onsite technical support and infrastructure maintenance for end-users and data center operations in Indianapolis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
• Build, configure, and deploy "Gold" images and hardware components.
• Manage incidents and service requests within SLA using a call logging system.
• Perform data center smart hands support, including rack and stack, cable management, and component replacement.
• Maintain meeting room environments, video conferencing systems, printers, and scanners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware.
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM.
• Knowledge of mobile device management for iPhones and Android devices.
• Experience with data center equipment installation and hardware component replacement.
• Ability to manage end-user data backup and restoration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting MAC hardware.
• CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+).
• Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCITP, MCSE).
