Description

Provide onsite technical support for client technology equipment in Kingsport, TN. You will own the resolution of hardware and software issues while maintaining strict service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite support services and complete service events within agreed service levels.
• Troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware, including building, configuring, and replacing defective parts.
• Manage and prioritize tasks independently while working unsupervised.
• Maintain professional standards of conduct and effective relationships with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 7/10 operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM.
• Experience using ITSM systems for ticket management.
• Knowledge of mobile devices, specifically iOS and Android operating systems.
• Working knowledge of current and legacy hardware platforms.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting MAC hardware.
• CompTIA certifications such as A+ or Network+.
• Microsoft certifications including MCP, MCITP, or MCSE.
