Description

Provide on-site technical support and hardware troubleshooting for users in Milwaukee, WI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot LAN and connectivity issues for local Windows laptops and desktops.
• Resolve client-side build issues and coordinate with SOE imaging engineers.
• Manage printer mapping and assist users with local desktop hardware issues.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware maintenance, telco, and printer services, including scheduling and site access.
• Oversee desktop client issues and locally installed applications while adhering to security and physical access protocols.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in desktop support and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows client-side builds and OS issues.
• Experience managing LAN and network connectivity for end-user devices.
• Ability to coordinate on-site service calls with third-party hardware and telco contractors.
• Experience managing local printer mapping and multifunction printer hardware.
• Demonstrated ability to follow strict security and physical access protocols.
