Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of desktop hardware, software, and connectivity for field users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve desktop device incidents, including hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage IMAC, desk-side support, and hard/soft break-fix services for laptops and desktops.
• Maintain desktop configurations, including patch updates, hardware replacements, and OS imaging.
• Monitor security profiles and anti-virus compliance across all desktop devices.
• Provide VIP support and act as the primary site contact for IT-related issues and MI calls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or end-user computing.
• Proficiency with Windows 7, 10, and 11 operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with EUC tools and remote support tools.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request management.
• Experience with spare and buffer stock management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and smart hands/feet support.
• Experience supporting Mac devices and tablets.
