Description

You will lead the desktop engineering environment, focusing on end-user experience and endpoint security across a large-scale fleet.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration and full lifecycle management of Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Windows Autopilot.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the Windows 11 CIS Level 1 upgrade project.
• Manage endpoint security, compliance, and performance for 1,800+ Windows endpoints and 1,500+ corporate mobile devices.
• Design and maintain secure desktop images while automating software deployment and removal processes.
• Drive improvements in endpoint management strategy and provide technical troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune.
• Advanced proficiency with SCCM.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot.
• Experience with enterprise virtualization and cloud technologies.
• Proven track record in security mitigation and endpoint compliance.
• Experience managing large-scale fleets of Windows and mobile devices.
