Description

You will manage and maintain desktop environments, application deployments, and system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Manage application packaging, deployments, and task sequence maintenance using SCCM and Ivanti.
• Deploy Windows updates and manage endpoint configurations across the environment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues at the desktop, server, and network levels.
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy objects.
• Document technical procedures to support infrastructure growth.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a desktop engineering role.
• Deep knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems and Windows Server concepts.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM, Ivanti, LANDesk, or BigFix.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for scripting and automation.
• Experience with UEM, KACE, or Ivanti tools.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft InTune or other EMM systems.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and computing environments.
