You will provide onsite technical support for PC hardware issues across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for personal computer hardware issues.
• Perform configuration and allocation of systems to end-users.
• Run OEM diagnosis to identify hardware faults.
• Replace components in desktops and laptops.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in desktop support or hardware maintenance.
• Experience with OEM diagnosis tools.
• Proficiency in system configuration and allocation.
• Hands-on experience replacing parts in desktops and laptops.
• Ability to troubleshoot PC hardware issues onsite.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
