Description

You will manage and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware and software environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware and software issues.
• Manage device deployments using Intune and Jamf.
• Execute tasks following ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.
• Utilize service management tools to track and resolve technical issues.
• Prioritize tasks independently to meet operational requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Intune and Jamf.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management.
• Experience using service management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and 3 years of related IT experience.
