You will manage and support desktop environments, applications, and business solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and test desktop applications within Windows 7 environments.
• Meet with clients to gather requirements and implement appropriate fixes.
• Support computing environments and integrate business solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop software issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows 7.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting and resolving desktop software issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients.
