Description

You own the management and support of end-user computing environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows endpoints using Manage Engine Endpoint and Microsoft Intune.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint security policies and compliance rules.
• Provide service desk support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware and OS issues.
• Design and maintain self-service solutions and automate routine tasks using scripting.
• Administer and support enterprise print management solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Desktop Engineer or Endpoint Engineer.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, including users, groups, and GPOs.
• Proven experience managing devices with Microsoft Intune.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Windows OS environments.
• Scripting experience, preferably with PowerShell.
• Experience supporting Service Desk operations and ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of print management in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with identity and access security best practices.
