Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware and provide L2/L3 desktop support for assigned sites in Scottsdale, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of laptops, desktops, thin clients, mobile devices, IP phones, and printers.
• Execute IMAC and break-fix activities within established SLAs.
• Perform hardware and network troubleshooting, including LAN, client-side mail systems, and audio-visual devices.
• Handle device validation, inventory management, and physical inspections.
• Support data backup and transfer activities during migrations and hardware refreshes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency with MS Platform operating systems and MS Office.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM and ServiceNow.
• Experience using Remote Management tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for LAN, WLAN, and hardware components.
• Proven ability to manage VIP client support and vendor interactions.
• Experience with MS Outlook and client-side mail systems.
• Ability to perform physical hardware repairs and basic component troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with disaster recovery, data center equipment recovery, and system failure troubleshooting.
• Ensure client devices remain secure with the latest patches and antivirus definitions.
