Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of desktop devices, including hardware, software, and connectivity support in Tornio, Finland.

Responsibilities

• Resolve desktop device incidents involving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Execute IMAC, desk side support, and break-fix services for laptops and desktops.
• Maintain device configurations, including patch updates, hardware replacements, and OS imaging.
• Monitor security profiles and anti-virus compliance across all desktop devices.
• Provide VIP support and act as the primary on-site point of contact for IT issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or EUC roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Office 365.
• Hands-on experience with imaging using SCCM.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and EUC tools.
• Understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem management.
• Experience managing spare and buffer stock.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent technical qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD).
• Experience supporting MAC devices and tablets.
• Understanding of VPN, Lync, and mobile device support.
