Description

You will provide onsite and deskside support to end users, managing hardware and software incidents within SLA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PC, laptop, and mobile device issues including iPads, iPhones, and Android devices.
• Build, configure, and install "Gold" images and hardware components on user devices.
• Provide smart hands support for data center equipment, including rack and stack, cabling, and component replacement.
• Manage meeting room environments, video conferencing, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Perform end-user data backup and restoration and execute daily tape rotation and library imports/exports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or technical roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands-on experience building, configuring, and troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware.
• Experience using call-logging systems to manage and update tickets daily.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM.
• Experience with data center equipment installation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage and support mobile devices (iOS and Android).
• Strong communication skills in English and local language.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a pressurized environment.

Preferred Skills

• Support experience with MAC systems.
• CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+) or Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCITP, MCSE).
