Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of desktop devices, handling hardware, software, and connectivity incidents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity incidents for desktops and laptops, including break-fix services.
• Manage IMAC and deskside support services, providing VIP support and acting as the local site contact for IT issues.
• Maintain desktop configurations through patch updates, hardware replacements, and image deployment.
• Monitor security profiles and anti-virus compliance across all devices.
• Analyze incident data and service desk calls to identify requirements for user training or automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or end-user computing.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Windows 7 OS.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM for imaging and deployment.
• Expertise in Office 365, MS Office, and Outlook.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
• Strong knowledge of EUC tools and remote support tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem management.
• Understanding of spare and buffer stock management.

Preferred Skills

• Active Directory (AD) administration.
• Support for MAC devices.
