You will provide technical desktop support and hardware installation across Frankfort and surrounding counties.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and set up computer hardware, software, and drivers.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to maintain IT operations.
- Manage and resolve technical inquiries using the ServiceNow platform.
- Assist with network configurations and IT infrastructure maintenance.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical problems.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of IT experience in a desktop support or help desk role.
- Proven experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and installation.
- Proficiency in software installation and configuration.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with users and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage desktop support tasks under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree or any graduate level education.
