Description

You will provide technical desktop support and hardware installation across Frankfort and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and set up computer hardware, software, and drivers.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to maintain IT operations.
  • Manage and resolve technical inquiries using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Assist with network configurations and IT infrastructure maintenance.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical problems.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of IT experience in a desktop support or help desk role.
  • Proven experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and installation.
  • Proficiency in software installation and configuration.
  • Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with users and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage desktop support tasks under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree or any graduate level education.
