Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of desktop hardware, software, and connectivity for field users.

Responsibilities

• Manage IMAC processes, including system installation, configuration, and redeployment for new joiners.
• Resolve hardware and software incidents, providing break-fix services for laptops and desktops.
• Maintain desktop images, apply patch updates, and handle hardware replacements.
• Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software to ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Analyze Service Desk data to identify requirements for user training or automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or EUC roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 7 OS.
• Hands-on experience with EUC tools and remote support tools.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request management.
• Experience with spare and buffer stock management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting MAC devices and tablets.
• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD).
• Understanding of Lync, VPN, and mobile device support.
