Description

You will provide end-user computing support and manage desktop device lifecycles for field users.

Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity incidents for laptops and desktops, including hard and soft break-fix services.
• Manage IMAC and deskside support services, ensuring devices are installed with appropriate desktop images.
• Maintain desktop configurations through patch updates, hardware replacements, and remote management tools.
• Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software to ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Provide VIP support and act as the primary on-site point of contact for IT-related issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support and EUC environments.
• Proficiency with Windows 7, 10, and 11 operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
• Expertise in EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request management.
• Experience managing spare and buffer stock.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and smart hands/feet support.
• Experience supporting MAC devices and tablets.
• Understanding of Lync, VPN, and mobile device support.
