Description

You will provide end-to-end hardware, software, and connectivity support for desktop devices in Bangalore.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware and software incidents, including IMAC and deskside support, through to resolution.
• Perform break-fix services for laptops and desktops and manage the full device lifecycle.
• Maintain desktop configurations through patch updates, hardware replacements, and standard image installations.
• Monitor security profiles and anti-virus compliance on all desktop devices.
• Provide VIP support and act as the primary onsite point of contact for IT issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or EUC roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 7 OS.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
• Expertise in EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request management.
• Experience managing spare and buffer stock.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), MAC devices, and tablets.
• Experience with Lync, VPN, and mobile device support.
