Description

You manage the full lifecycle of desktop hardware, software, and connectivity for end users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve desktop device incidents, including hardware, software, and connectivity issues, through to resolution.
• Manage IMAC, desk side support, and break-fix services for laptops and desktops.
• Maintain desktop configurations, including patch updates, hardware replacements, and OS imaging.
• Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software to ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Manage spare and buffer stock inventory.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or EUC roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 7 OS.
• Hands-on experience with PC refresh activities.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
• Expertise with EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), MAC devices, and tablets.
• Understanding of Lync, VPN, and mobile device support.
