Description

You will provide first-level end-user computing support for desktop and laptop hardware.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair desktop and laptop hardware components, including replacing defective parts.
• Configure and build hardware platforms for end users.
• Manage and resolve support tickets using an ITSM system.
• Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or similar roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications.
• Hands-on experience with current and legacy hardware platforms.
• Experience using an ITSM system for ticket management.
• Knowledge of mobile device support for iOS and Android.
• Ability to work unsupervised and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting MAC systems.
• CompTIA certifications such as A+ or Network+.
