Description

Provide first-level end-user computing support for desktop and laptop hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, build, and configure desktop and laptop hardware components.
• Replace defective hardware parts and maintain current and legacy platforms.
• Manage user requests and ticket lifecycles using an ITSM system.
• Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications.
• Maintain professional conduct and effective relationships with clients and end users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with mobile device management for iOS and Android.
• Hands-on experience repairing and replacing laptop and desktop components.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work independently without supervision.
• Experience operating within an ITSM framework.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting MAC hardware and software.
• CompTIA certifications such as A+ or Network+.
• Microsoft certifications including MCP, MCITP, or MCSE.
