Description

You will provide end-user computing support and hardware maintenance for desktop devices in Tucson, AZ.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop hardware, software, and connectivity incidents from initial report through resolution.
• Execute IMAC tasks, desk-side support, and break-fix services for laptops and desktops.
• Maintain desktop configurations, including patch updates, hardware replacements, and OS imaging.
• Monitor security profiles and anti-virus compliance across all desktop devices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or EUC roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 7 OS.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
• Expertise with EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of VPN and Lync.
• Understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request management.
• Familiarity with spare and buffer stock management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and smart hands/feet support.
• Experience supporting MAC devices and tablets.
