Description

Provide second-line onsite support for end-user computing devices at customer locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac operating systems and authorized desktop software.
• Support end-user hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video conferencing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on devices and software to ensure operational stability.
• Provide hands-on and eye support to Customer or OEM Subject Matter Experts for network and compute diagnostics.
• Document requests, updates, and solutions in the IT service desk system to maintain accurate records.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a similar desktop support or EUC environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Lotus Notes, and MS Outlook.
• Experience with MDM and VPN environments.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve incidents with hardware and software components.
• Clear verbal communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Capacity to work unsupervised and manage changing priorities effectively.
