You will provide L2 desktop and end-user computing support for enterprise IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot PC hardware, client software, and operating system issues while maintaining security compliance and hardware warranties.
- Perform desk side support and PC break/fix tasks, including installation and troubleshooting of desktop applications.
- Execute smart hands activities on-site, including installing and fixing desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Manage hardware lifecycle by returning defective parts to inventory and maintaining spare parts stock levels.
- Document customer repairs and escalate complex issues to subject matter experts to ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure field support.
- Proficiency in Windows O/S (Windows 7, 8, and 10).
- Experience with MS Office and desktop application troubleshooting.
- Foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
- Understanding of enterprise LAN, WAN, Firewall, and Proxy concepts.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 50lbs.
- MCITP certification in Windows 10.
- Fluency in English and German (reading and speaking).
- Any Graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SCCM, Imaging, VDI, Mobility, and email support.
