Description

You provide on-site technical support and manage hardware migrations across multiple counties in North Carolina.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical field support activities at various user locations.
• Manage and document service requests using the ServiceNow call tracking system.
• Perform hardware and software migrations as required.
• Travel to sites within Wake, Durham, Vance, Oxford, and Franklin counties.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical field support.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for call tracking and incident management.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Proven experience managing migration projects.
• Ability to travel locally within specified North Carolina counties.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
